Alsace versus Germany
We will compare great wines such as Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Sylvaner and Eiswein (late harvest) on both side of the border and understand the main differences between the two. Food accompaniment will include sauerkraut, sausages and spaetzel. We will just be missing the umpa band!
