Winter Solstice Festival December 11, 2010

The Seraphim Center, an inter-denominational church, is hosting a Winter Solstice Festival on December 11, 2010, from 10 am to 5 pm at 1234 NW 14th Avenue, just around the corner from Civitan Blood Bank on 13th Street (US Highway 441).

Activities planned include Holiday arts and crafts for kids and the young at heart, readers, reiki healers, massage therapy, music and dancing! Come celebrate winter and the holidays.

Winter Solstice has been celebrated in cultures the world over for thousands of years. This start of the solar year is a celebration of Light and the rebirth of the Sun
