MY SISTER IN THIS HOUSE, which often echoes THE MAIDS by Jean Genet, is based on an actual 1930s incident that took place in LeMans, France. Sister servants are attached to the suffocating Danzard household. Part psychological study and part thriller. The pressure cooker atmosphere results in a haunting and stunning emotional explosion.
