When the powers that be decided that Cabernets belong in France and that Zinfandels should come from Italy we?re sure it was part of a bigger plan. But now some of the best wines made today are made from blends that would be frowned upon by Old-World winemakers. Should Syrah and Cabernet be blended? How about Sangiovese and Merlot? You tell us.
