Winemaker Dinner with Heitz Wine Cellars January 15, 2008

Chef Jamie West will co-host this dinner with Honorary Swedish Consul to Arizona and Heitz family representative, Mattius Stolpe. Reception will begin at 6:00 pm and dinner seating will begin at 6:30 pm. Dinner will be a four-course meal expertly paired with five Heitz selections. Heitz is world famous for making exceptional Napa Cabernet. Cabernets from each of its single vineyards will be showcased, including one library selection from the vineyard no longer in release.
