Bordeaux Deconstructed - $22
The region of Bordeaux produces what is
considered to be the very best
red wine in the world, they do this largely with the help of
there five noble grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and
Petit Verdot. For this special tasting we will deconstruct this holy quintology
into there own single varietal bottling, and taste them side-by-side, along with
one very special wine containing all five grapes.
