Wine Tastings at Chrysalis Vineyards May 14, 2011

Considered to be one of the finest estate wineries on the east coast, Chrysalis Vineyards has established a series of superlative vineyards rolling across more than 71 acres in the foothills of the Northern Blue Ridge and Bull Run Mountains, with additional plantings to come. There are two wine tasting options: the Estate Tasting (7 wines) is $5 and the Reserve Tasting (12 wines) is $10. The wine is poured in an INAO-styled glass (the internationally recognized Institut National d'Appellation d'Origine wine tasting glass), which is yours to keep. The Estate Tasting uses a 71/4 oz. glass, and the Reserve Tasting a larger 101/2 oz. glass.
