Savvy Cellar: Wine Tasting for the Wine Challenged

Wine tasting is easy and you don’t have to be a scientist to figure out how to taste and what you like! You will learn the basic approach to evaluating wines, from appearance, body, composition, aroma and taste. Whether you want to be equipped to take on “wine snobs” at social gatherings or just impress your friends at a casual dinner party, this class will give you a great introduction to the wonderful world of wine tasting.
