The Coturri brothers, Tony and Phil, were dedicated to organic farming-no pesticides, fungicides, or herbicides-long before it was in vogue. Ask Tony about natural fermentation, winemaking using traditional methods to ensure quality, why his wines are unrefined and unfiltered, and why they still hand bottle their wines.
After the no charge wine tasting, feel free to stay and enjoy dinner at Pearl Restaurant. You can order Tony's wines by the bottle or the glass to complement your selection s from their seasonal menu.
