Wine 101 - part 2: Putting it All Together

The second class in our Wine 101 Series starts with a tasting of red and white wines from Europe and the United States, helping you to dial into the big distinctions between new and old world wines, and also the differences between wines made from different varieties (Chardonnay vs. Sauvignon Blanc, for example). The second half of this class is a food-and-wine-pairing primer. We'll use a simple pairing exercise to give you a rock-solid wine pairing foundation.
