New to wine?...Want to improve your wine knowledge?...Then this is the class for you. The second class in a two class series where we'll try wines while compairing the differences between wines from Europe and the U.S. We will also focus on different variatels (chardonnay, cabernet, ect.) and food and wine pairings. You'll leave the class with the basic information you need to pair food with wine.
