New to wine?...Want to improve your wine knowledge?...Then this is the class for you. The first class in a two class series where we'll try wines while breaking down their characteristics. We will isolate tannins, oak, acidity and more, giving you an understanding of what these terms mean in a wine. We will also discuss how to read a wine label and wine terminology.
