Join Chef Daniel Wecker for an interactive class on basic wine pairing. Explore the characteristics of wine and food which enhance and detract from each other when paired. Participants will be able to see the difference in flavors when wine is well paired and not well paired. A chef's selection of eight wines will be sampled.
