Wild Winters and Wild Creatures features three films selected as
finalists at the 2007 Banff Mountain Film Festival. "Resorting to
Madness: Taking Back our Mountain Communities" surveys the impacts of the modern ski resort industry on mountain communities and examines solutions that they are using to determine their own destiny.

"Nine Winters Old" follows photographer Dave Heath as he meets classic characters who come alive in the winter.

"Climber" is a 2 minute animated short. There will also be a special preview of "Underwater Cave Kayaking in Papua New Guinea."

All proceeds from the film night benefit the Crag Law Center. Crag is a client focused non-profit environmental law center. Our mission is to support community efforts to protect and sustain the Pacific Northwest's natural legacy. For more information, visit www.crag.org or call 503-525-2724.
