Wiktor Osiatynski will be speaking on the limits of the concept of human rights and suggesting a more comprehensive understanding of human rights.

He holds degrees in Law and Sociology and is currently on the faculty of Central European University's Legal Program. He is the author of Human Rights and their Limits (2009) and numerous articles and books on human rights, law, and constitutionalism.
