Wicca 201: Archetypes, Deities, Pantheons August 9, 2008

Discussion and review of the Wiccan view of divinity with emphasis on learning about and working with historical deity figures, the concept of The Goddess and The God, and archetypes as they exist apart from and as a part of established deity forms.

The Covenant of Brighidshaven presents Wicca 201! Their latest offering of the Wicca 201 series will be held at Mohr & More, Etc. on Saturdays and Wednesdays beginning August 9th. The series includes eight classes each roughly two hours in length beginning at 7 PM. Classes are $10 per person per class, non-refundable; a discount is offered for pre-payment for the full course.

This course is intended to advance and expand a student's understanding of the principles and practices of the religious and spiritual system known as Wicca both in terms of ritual practice and belief and as a part of daily life. Classes involve a mix of lecture, discussion, and hands-on exercise. All classes may be attended as stand-alone sessions if desired, although each is designed to build on the others.
