In this session we will discuss how building networked communities is absolutely a must in the new millennium and why traditional CRM and marketing is dead. We will also discuss building communities is not the same as using Social Media and how building communities can drive real business value but just using social media for the sake of being there can backfire. We will also discuss how business communities will look like in the future and what you can do in your company to achieve short term and mid term successes by incorporating a communities philosophy in your company.
