Who Is Going to Court, Who Is Going to Jail?: Civil and Criminal Law Enforcement in the Wake of Financial Crisis October 28, 2008

Over the past year, as America’s credit markets slowly began to unravel, civil litigation and criminal investigations of potential wrongdoers gradually grew. Such legal actions are now expected to expand exponentially in the wake of broader financial crisis and dramatic government interventions.
