White Mountains: Exploring Fall Foliage From AMC Huts October 9, 2010

Rather than the traditional leaf peeping by car, bus, or train, this is a true immersion into beautiful fall colors by foot. We will be hiking into the Greenleaf and Lonesome Lake Huts, using these as a base to explore surrounding trails. AMC huts are known for their comfortable hospitality, including delicious five-course meals. Mountain ecology, incredible scenery, and moderate hiking will all be part of this experience.
