Whispering Lake Grove, ADF's Eostre Celebration March 16, 2008

I wish to invite everyone to Whispering Lake Grove, ADF's Anglo-Saxon Eostre Ritual on Sunday March16th beginning at 5:30 PM. We will be giving honor to Lady Eostre, Bright Fro Ing (Freyr), Beautiful Frowe (Freya). All are most welcome to join us as we drive Old Man Winter to his place of rest and welcome the coming renewal of the Earth.

The ritual will be held at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Erie, PA located at 7180 Perry Highway. As always, any donation would be much welcome to help pay for the cost of space rental. We will have a potluck dinner following the ritual, so please bring a dish to share.

During the potluck we will feature an egg hunt for both adults and children, so come prepared to sniff out those elusive colored eggs.

I also have a sneaking suspicion that there will be a few colored eggs to be share and maybe even a few chocolate rabbits, ah... I mean hares, so join us in fellowship as we welcome in Spring and drive the last of Winter beyond the hearth's fire.
