Whimsies: Ken Olsen and the Folk Art Tradition November 26, 2011

A longtime resident of Madison, New Jersey, Ken Olsen was inspired by his 18th century house and its Americana decor. His pieces, which he referred to as "whimsies," were deeply rooted in the American Folk Art tradition and were made with the intention to bring entertainment to its viewer.
