Dr. Elizabeth Debold, author of the bestselling book, Mother Daughter Revolution, and founding member of the Harvard Project on Women?s Psychology and Girls? Development, will be leading a one day workshop about women?s liberation?past, present, and future?Saturday, April 1st from 10am to 6pm at the META Center, 214 W. 29th Street, 16th floor, New York, NY. In this Voices from the Edge speakers series event, sponsored by EnlightenNext, Debold will engage guest speakers and seminar participants in a full day of interactive talks, dialogues and discussions exploring a new women's liberation.
Bringing together her two decades of pioneering research on women?s development with her decade-long experience of living in an intentional spiritual community committed to furthering the evolution of consciousness, Debold will share her ?insider?s perspective? on the history and development of women?s liberation.
She will highlight how women liberated consciousness from the bondage of patriarchy, where they have come to, and how they have fallen short. She will also open a discussion on where women must dare to go next?and why it is so important to succeed, not just for themselves, but for the evolution of humanity itself.
