The Wheeler Brothers formed in Austin, TX and have become one of that area's most exciting up-and-coming bands. This five-piece folk-rock act -- which consists of Nolan Wheeler (guitar-piano-vocals), Tyler Wheeler (bass guitar), Patrick Wheeler (drums), Danny Matthews (guitar-vocals) and A.J. Molyneaux (steel guitar-vocals) -- combines the indie vibe of Austin with the twang of Texas folk. Their debut album, 'Portraits,' which was released in summer of 2011, garnered strong notices across the country and the band is currently touring to bolster their sound and pave the way for their sophomore effort.
