This two-day workshop focuses on immersion in InContext’s “Cool” customer data, discussion of the design implications, and breakout sessions to get hands-on experience applying the factors that make up the Cool Concepts from our Cool Project. If multiple people from a team participate, breakout sessions can be tailored to your product interest.
