Westchester/Fairfield Golden Retriever Hit The Beach March 28, 2009

Grab Your Flipflops and Towels and Let's Hit the Beach!

Jennings Beach offers visitors a large sandy beach with great views of Long Island Sound. The Henry Rowland Memorial Playground is just across the parking lot. Also located nearby is Ash Creek Open Space for those visitors who are interested in launching their boats.

This is a great beach and one of the few in Fairfield County that allow dogs off leash. They close the beaches on 3/31 to the dogs, so try and make it and let's hope for a sunny day!
