Each Mastermind group, consisting of 3-8 members, uses the power of collective brainstorming to develop smart goals, come up with creative solutions, and create accountability for implementing these solutions. Every meeting, each member will have the opportunity to use the collective mind power of her group to help her tackle real problems. The agenda is member-driven.
