Entering its third year as one of the nation's premiere music festivals and the only of its kind held befittingly on the beach, the West Beach Music and Arts Festival returns to sunny Santa Barbara's beautiful West Beach in September 2009, bringing romping, fun-in-the-sun, rock, reggae and pop festivities for mom, dad, cousins, the kids, and everyone in between.

For three days, Twiin Productions will transform the twelve acres where sand meets ocean, west of Stearns Wharf, into a rock n' roll beachfront haven, complete with a massive main stage, over 75 arts, crafts and cuisine vendors, a "sandbox" for the kids with performances by young up and coming artists, and at the center of the party, a bamboo-shaded "Oasis" where special guest DJs will spin the warm breezy night away.

2008's three-day West Beach Festival saw the performances of chart-topping pop, rock and reggae artists, including the ever-popular, uber-talented pop heartthrob Jason Mraz; the altruistic and magnanimous reggae superstar Ziggy Marley (son of legendary Bob Marley); the lovely, internationally renowned Natasha Beddingfield; the funktastic and party-starting George Clinton and his Parliament/Funkadelic crew; along with dozens of other nationally, regionally and locally popular bands, artists and slammin' DJ's.

With over 20,000 attendees that descended from all over the country in 2008, the afternoon and evening events of this three-day soiree kept a festive vibe alive which has since been immortalized by today's web generation on YouTube, MySpace, Facebook and countless other cybertainment sites.
