Wensleydale railway armed forces day out! June 26, 2010

The Wensleydale Railway runs from Leeming Bar near Northallerton (10 mins from the A1 Leeming Bar Junction) through glorious Wensleydale for 16 miles to Redmire on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, a 20 minute walk away from historic Bolton Castle. This weekend we at the Wensleydale Railway are proud to give our Armed Forces a great value Day Out. Present your I.D. card and get a round trip for up to 2 people on one of our historic trains for just £5 each (saving £7 on the usual fare). Better still, accompanied children 15 and under travel FREE. So bring the kids! First train departs 09.25 on both days, with regular departures until 15.00 on both days.
