Life, Liberty and You Concert: The Largest Free Concert in America

Wawa Welcome America! will feature Philadelphia’s own The Roots. Famed for beginning with a jazzy, eclectic approach to hip hop which still includes live instrumentals, this performance is sure to have you on your feet!

Also performing at the grand finale is special guest, sultry voiced singer Chrisette Michele. The “soulful songbird” will serenade visitors with beautiful ballads such as “Epiphany (I’m Leaving)” and “Blame it On Me.”

Other special guest will include the Godfather of Go Go, Chuck Brown. He will hit the stage and have you “Bustin Loose” with his combination of Latin beats, African call and response chants and American Jazz.

And just when you thought you were done celebrating Wawa Welcome America! concert will rock the parkway with headliners, American rock band Goo Goo Dolls. Going strong since 1986, longtime and new Goo Goo Dolls’ fans will enjoy popular hits such as “Iris,” “Name,” and “Better Days” while also being treated to music from their new album, Something for the Rest of Us.
