With six states - Massachusetts, Vermont, Iowa, Maine, Connecticut and New Hampshire - now permitting same-sex couples to marry, and over 18,000 legally recognized same-sex marriages in California, employers face unprecedented decisions.

As an employer, if you have employees in any of these states you must decide what - if any - benefits to provide to your employees' same-sex spouses, and how to determine who qualifies as a same-sex spouse. During this Webinar, you'll gain necessary information and steps to:
