The Pringles Xtreme Campus Tour featuring powerpop quartet We The Kings and rapper J. Cole will stop at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, on Sunday, Oct. 17.

Erie Hall’s doors will open at 7 p.m. for the 8 o’clock concert. Tickets are $20 for the general public, and $10 for Penn State Behrend students.

We The Kings’ self-titled debut was number-one on Billboard’s New Alternative Album sales chart and produced the hit singles “Secret Valentine” and “Check Yes, Juliet.” The band prides itself on creating an orbit of interconnectivity with its fans through blogs, Twitter, and the online mini-sitcom “The Kings’ Carriage,” an unfiltered look at life on its tour bus.

J. Cole was the first artist signed to Jay-Z’s label, Roc Nation; his debut studio CD, “Cole World,” will be released on October 26. Earlier this year he was chosen as one of Beyond Race magazine’s “50 Emerging Artists” and featured in XXL magazine’s Top Ten Freshmen.
