Roy Norton, Consul General of Canada in Detroit, will examine factors that make the Michigan-Canada trade relationship the strongest among all fifty of the US states. Mr. Norton will pay special attention to the need for a secure but efficient binational trade corridor infrastructure, as exemplified by the need for the New International Trade Crossing at Detroit-Windsor.
