"We Fought the Big One" post-punk dj night w/Alcian Blue cd giveaways! July 7, 2006

Hey there!


Brandon and I have quite a fun night planned for this Friday's Big One! For starters, we've got Jake Reid of Alcian Blue, aka DJ Sarcastro, with us behind the turntable decks. Woo-hoo! On top of that, we'll also be giving away a few copies of his band's new album, which is slated for a July 11th release through Elephant Stone Records---so get there early! It's a snarling beast of a record and contains some of my favorite songs I've heard all year---believe me, you need to own this one!


As usual, Belgian beer will be on tap and we'll keep the tunes moody & strange for your listening pleasure...
