WBE Breakfast Event: The Personal is Political May 13, 2010

The WBE networking breakfast is held the 2nd Thursday of each month at the Washington Athletic Club in downtown Seattle starting at 7:00am. Monthly breakfasts feature dynamic and inspiring speakers who are business and community leaders and an opportunity to connect with a community of professional women dedicated to supporting growth and success - in business and in life.

Speaker: Senator Lisa Brown, Washington State Senate Majority Leader and an Associate Professor in the Master's of Organizational Leadership program at Gonzaga University. Hear her share her experiences as a working professional woman, as a community activist, as the mother of an infant son being elected to the state Legislature in "The Year of the Woman," as a member of Washington's citizen Legislature, and as the first woman Democratic Senate Majority Leader in state history.
