Waverly Curtis (a duo comprised of Waverly Fitzgerald and Curt Colbert – Waverly Curtis!) sign Dial C for Chihuahua Pepe is a Chihuahua who is an investigating expert, and when his new owner is approached about looking into the murder of a Seattle millionaire, well, a Chihuahua’s gotta do what a Chihuahua’s gotta do, even if it involves sparkly costumes to help her out!
