Season 6 is the upcoming season of the CBS sitcom The Big Bang Theory. This season is set to premiere on Thursday, September 27th, 2012 and end in May 2013. It was announced that starting from this season, Kevin Sussman, who plays Stuart Bloom, has been promoted as the eighth series regular.
