Wall Street Insider & 'Cinderella of Wall Street' To Speak March 13, 2012

Catholics@Work is proud to announce Lydia Fisher,"The Cinderella of Wall Street," will be its March Speaker. Fisher, founder/President of Galyda Media will speak on "Humanistic Capitalism- A Fantasy Tale or A Real Solution."

Lydia who authored and published the book, "Cinderella of Wall Street", captures aspects of the financial crisis that many people simply don't understand, putting a complex subject matter in very human terms. She spent the last two decades of her financial career as a Senior Managing Director with Bear Stearns. While there, she built one of the largest producing teams within the Private Client Services Division investing for corporations, families and executives.

Prior to Bear Stearns, Lydia completed the Salomon Brothers Sales/Trading program, the one made famous in the book "Liars Poker", and thereafter spearheaded the coverage of corporations in Chicago. Early on in her career she worked in a project capacity for the head of the Goldman Sachs Funds Group. Lydia holds an English Literature BA from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the Northwestern University JL Kellogg Graduate School of Business.
