WalkBoston Annual Walk & Celebration March 22, 2012

WalkBoston, Massachusetts’ leading pedestrian advocacy organization, will host its Annual Walk and Celebration Thursday, March 22, 2012, featuring United States Surgeon General, Regina Benjamin, MD, MBA. Dr. Benjamin will kick off the walk starting at the Kendall Square T Stop Cambridge, at 4 p.m. EST.

At 5:30 p.m., WalkBoston will hold its annual celebration “Walk Your Way to Health” where the Surgeon General will discuss her Vision for a Healthy and Fit Nation. The celebration will be held at the Microsoft NERD Center, One Memorial Drive, Cambridge. The public is welcome to join the walk and celebration.
