Join Safehouse Progressive Alliance for Nonviolence, Abby's Voice and Courage is Change on September 25, and Walk A Mile In Her Shoes to help stop domestic & dating violence!

There is an old saying: "You can't really understand another person's experience until you've walked a mile in their shoes." Walk a Mile in Her Shoes® asks men to literally walk one mile in women's high-heeled shoes. It's not easy walking in these shoes, but it's fun and it gets the community to talk about something that's really difficult to talk about: gender relations and sexual violence.

This is a 1 mile walk that anyone (not just men) can do to help support Safehouse Progressive Alliance for Non-violence, Abby's Voice, and Courage is Change.

Donations help support �

-Emergency Shelter, counseling, legal advocacy and support services for victims of domestic abuse and their children

-A 24 Hour Crisis Hotline for individuals dealing with the trauma of domestic or dating violence

-Education and outreach to raise awareness and help prevent violence NOW!

-Collect pledges and raise even more money for this important work!
