VT Executive Director Leadership Development Circles (Montpelier) January 24, 2012

Common Good Vermont is pleased to work with Mark Furnari and Susan Palmer, well regarded executive coaches, to launch a new series: Executive Director Leadership Development Circles.

The Circles will be held in Burlington and Montpelier on Tuesday mornings from 8 to 9:30 a.m. on January 24th, February 21st and March 13th.

Burlington Location: Channel 17 Studios, 294 North Winooski Avenue
Montpelier Location: ORCA Studios, 89 Main Street, City Center Building

The goals of the Executive Director Leadership Development Circles are to help you make more powerful and informed choices and take more decisive action. Experienced coaches, Furnari (in Burlington) and Palmer (in Montpelier), will lead structured conversations with 8-10 executive directors who wish to engage with their peers, learn new techniques and gain fresh perspectives on the unique challenges that face Vermont’s nonprofit leaders.

Working together, participants will identify the key issues for discussion (examples: making tough decisions, managerial courage, working with boards, work/life balance), and delve into them between January and March 2012. Save your place for three sessions 1/24, 2/21 and 3/13 in Burlington (Channel 17 Studios) or Montpelier (ORCA Media). Cost: $50.
