VSA arts’ International Young Soloists Concert, which includes performances by a cellist, a flutist, a pianist, and a jazz drummer, takes place at 7:30 p.m. on April 28 at the Kennedy Center Family Theater. The International Young Soloists Program recognizes outstanding emerging musicians with disabilities from around the world. A complimentary dessert reception follows the performance.
