Volunteering opportunity: Become a Citizen TV maker November 1, 2012

WORLDbytes, a unique online Citizen TV channel, run by the charity WORLDwrite, trains volunteers to produce hard-hitting reports and programmes that challenge the status quo. We don't need CVs or people with experience but an interest in social issues is a must as our Citizen TV channel prioritises content. We will provide you with the skills you need to get started and produce high-quality programmes. From free film training and administrative essentials to digital marketing, there's a chance to have a real go at all that high impact programme making involves. Our volunteer-learner package involves part-time training 'on the job' and includes some weekend days and evenings. Taking place over a six week period it revolves around a cycle of new programmes and results in up to six reports being broadcast and promoted online across the web.
