Virginia Tech Benefit in NYC May 18, 2007

In the wake of the April 16, 2007 tragedy on the campus of Virginia Tech, the Manhattan Hokies (NYC VT Alums), The David Wright Foundation, The Village Pourhouse and Disco Sushi Entertainment present Maroon Effect, a night to remember and honor the victims of that tragic day

On Friday, May 18th, 2007 renowned New York City venue Webster Hall will host the event, which will feature national musical acts, celebrity appearances, a VT merchandise store and an auction. Webster Hall has graciously donated use of their venue at no cost.

100% of the funds raised at Maroon Effect will be donated to aid the healing process of those impacted by the tragedy. Donations made in the name of the New York Alumni Chapter and the David Wright Foundation may include, but are not limited to: scholarship, expense support to victims and families, and memorials.
