This 90 minute Vinyasa class will give you a full-body workout while relaxing and quieting the mind. Instructors are certified and trained in a fusion of Anusara and Forrest yoga styles, which focuses on safe alignment, healing and self-care. Face challenges in a safe, supportive environment and embrace community as we practice and grow together. This class is appropriate for all levels and we encourage the use of props and modifications to maintain safe alignment while reaching your edge.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement. If possible please bring a mat, water, and a towel. Blocks and straps are provided.
