U Street wine destination Vinoteca continues to educate Washington on the world of wine with its new "Early Spring Wine Class Series" starting March 12th. Led by Vinoteca sommelier and local winemaster Tim Galvin, the series of wine classes will explore the "paso-bilities" of Central CA's next "It' wine region, discover lesser-known American wine destinations, and explain why Pinot Noir is the "diva" of the wine world.

WEDNESDAY, March 20: Wine dinner with Blair Gibbs, General Manager of Spy Valley Winery in Marlborough, NZ. Vinoteca is bringing in Blair Gibbs, GM at Spy Valley Wines, all the way from New Zealand to host this special dinner. Executive Chef Lonnie Zoeller will prepare a delicious four-course meal with expert wine pairings from Spy Valley, such as their award-winning Sauvignon Blanc.The wine dinner on March 20th is $80 per person plus tax.
