U Street wine destination Vinoteca continues to educate Washington on the world of wine with its new "Early Spring Wine Class Series" starting March 12th. Led by Vinoteca sommelier and local winemaster Tim Galvin, the series of wine classes will explore the "paso-bilities" of Central CA's next "It' wine region, discover lesser-known American wine destinations, and explain why Pinot Noir is the "diva" of the wine world.

Tuesday, March 26: "Paso Robles, Full of Paso-bilities" Wine Class:
Often hailed as a "hidden gem" and the "next Napa", the California Central Coast's Paso Robles turns out incredible wines from both boutique and well-known winemakers. Vinoteca will showcase a variety of grapes from California's fastest-growing wine region.

All wine classes are $40 per person plus tax and include a tasting of 5-6 wines, food pairings and a $5 gift card to the restaurant.

Space is very limited and reservations are encouraged as soon as possible as seats fill very quickly. Any person who registers for all three classes and the wine dinner will receive a $5 discount on each event. To register for either the classes or wine dinner, please contact Vinoteca at (202) 332-9463 or at [email protected].
