Vino & Verdi May 12, 2007

Pacific Repertory Opera presents “Vino and Verdi,” a celebration of Italian culture with fine wine, a delectable Italian meal and concert. Saturday, May 12, 2007, at The Monday Club, located at Monterey St. at Grand Avenue, San Luis Obispo. Dinner begins at 6 p.m. with concert following at 7:15 p.m.
Tickets are $75 and $560 for a table of 8 at front tables or $60 or $450 for a table of 8 at rear tables.
The concert features arias and duets from Giuseppe Verdi’s most famous works. Featured singers include Melissa Wolfmann, and Heather McFadden who will also appear in this fall’s production of Un Ballo in Maschera. Also featured are debut artist Olga Chernysheva, and returning favorites Roberto Gomez & Gabriel Reoyo-Pazos. Singers will be accompanied live by local pianist Susan Azaret Davies.
