Following on from Vin-formation #1 class or jump right into this 'class'. Over two consecetive evenings,you willexplore tasting, serving and selecting wines in greater depth with a Savvy sommelier as your guide. The experience includes tasting wines blind,learning the formalities ofserving wines, appreciating winemakingtechniques and learning food pairing techniques from an executive chef.

At the end of these two classes, you will put yourgreater appreciation of the world of wine,new wine lingo,and class experience into actionover a amulti-course gourmet dinner at TRIO Restaurant prepared by Executive Chef Scott Lucas.
This will be a fun journey in the world of wine & food!
