In the fall of 1982, Vince left his management position at a McDonald's franchise to pursue a career in comedy. Starting out at local clubs in his hometown of Chicago, he quickly became a popular regular at various night spots. His shows consist of observational humor and talking about "everyday" occurrences, while interspersing dialogue with the audience.
