Viewing the night sky using several of the Society's telescopes from the 20" in the Observatory to smaller telescopes on our astropad.
There will also be interactive computers available.
We will be observing Jupiter, the Orion Nebula and Andromeda. The 20" telescope will be using a camera linked to a screen so that several people can see at the same time. Other telescopes will be in use to roam around the sky. Members will be on hand to explain what is being seen and guide around the sky. Interactive PCs, slide shows of images and videos will also be available.
